The Touch adds a touchscreen and an automatic steam wand to the Pro: you set the temperature and the amount of foam, and the machine froths by itself.
That makes it an odd one out: a manual machine that takes over the hardest step. For anyone who drinks milky coffee but does not want to learn to froth, that is exactly right; anyone wanting to learn latte art is better off with the Pro and spending the difference on beans.
Who for: Anyone who wants to brew their own but would rather outsource the frothing.
