The Caffè & Più is Solis' bean-to-cup: it grinds, brews and froths milk at one button. The milk runs through a tube from the supplied milk tank, or from a carton placed beside it.

Per drink you set the strength in three steps, the volume from 25 to 250 ml and the temperature at 86, 89, 92 or 95 degrees. The brew group is removable. At 130 grams, the bean hopper is on the small side.

Every bean fits every machine. What differs is the order: on a bean-to-cup the 100% arabica beans come first, because dark-roasted blends carrying robusta give off more oil and that clogs a built-in grinder sooner.
