The CUBE 4 is Nivona’s answer to the capsule machine: 21 centimetres wide, 21 centimetres deep and 5 kilos, with its own grinder for fresh beans. Nivona itself calls it a cross between a bean-to-cup and a portafilter machine.

The point is the Click Cup, a removable brewing chamber that is also the grounds container. The machine grinds and tamps into it; after brewing you twist the puck out and wipe the cup. There is no milk system, so it sticks to espresso, coffee and americano, from 20 to 240 ml.
